About Certifiedchairman Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Who We Are
Certifiedchairman Pest Control is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Grand Rapids and the Grand Rapids area with independent local providers who handle pest control and wildlife removal. We do not do the work ourselves and we do not send anyone to your door. The providers in our network run their own businesses and do the work themselves.
Why We Exist
Say you spot a roach at midnight, or hear something moving inside a wall. You have never dealt with this before. You search online and get a long list of names, and you have no idea who to trust or what to ask. Certifiedchairman Pest Control was built for that moment. We help you find a starting point and give you plain answers about what comes next.
How Providers Are Matched
When you reach out, we look at what you describe. Is it ants, mice, bed bugs, or an animal in the attic? Then we point you to a provider in our network who handles that kind of job near you. Availability varies, so some providers can respond quickly and others may need a few days. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent, and we ask them to follow a few basic rules:
- Be clear about what they found and what they plan to do.
- Give a written quote before the work starts.
- Hold the licenses and permits that your state or town requires for their work.
- Treat your home and your questions with respect.
We encourage you to ask for proof of any license, since the provider is the one who holds it.
What We Do Not Do
We do not treat homes, trap animals, or seal entry points. We do not set prices, and we do not promise any result on a provider's behalf. We also do not give legal or insurance advice. If you think a problem caused damage, check your policy. Some policies may cover sudden damage, and providers can often help document it for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay Certifiedchairman Pest Control for qualified referrals. The price for the work is an agreement between you and the provider. You should always get that price in writing before you say yes.
Fix It, Then Seal It
A good job does not end when the pests are gone. Say the mice have left but the gap under the garage door is still there. They, or their cousins, can come back. That is why we nudge every homeowner toward follow-up work: sealing gaps, fixing moisture, tidying storage, and scheduling checkups. Ask your provider what they suggest to keep it from returning.
Get Connected
You do not need to know the right words. Tell us what you saw, where you saw it, and how long it has been going on. A provider can take it from there.
Prefer to write it out? Request an estimate and add your questions. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
Tell us what happened
